How do we cope with COVID-19?
For almost 65 years, safety has been at the core of everything we do, for our colleagues and our clients and we are fully committed to supporting your business throughout these challenging times.
To reduce the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19, we have taken a number of measures for our own safety but also for the safety of our customers. Our management team meets on a daily basis to ensure the risks are minimized and business continuity is guaranteed as good as we can.
For now we have taken the following actions:
- We are fully up and running! Thanks to our extensive digitization, we are able to continue to serve our customers at the same service level as always. A lot of our colleagues are working at home, some of them are at the office whereby the personal distance is taken into account. We will do everything within our power to continue our service to you.
- Except from service onboard and compass adjustments, all other customer visits and appointments are canceled till further notice;
- We are in continuous dialogue with our staff to report any illness of themselves or their close family members;
